Callum Fedele

THERAPIST

Callum Fedele, LCAT, is a licensed creative arts therapist. Callum utilizes this powerful nature of drama therapy by engaging his clients through drama, improvisation, music, embodiment, dance, and movement for therapeutic benefit.

Callum takes an integrative and psychodynamic approach to therapy incorporating tools from verbal psychotherapy, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Developmental Transformations (DvT), Role Theory and Role Method, and Mindfulness techniques. Callum believes addressing each part of a client’s interpersonal and intrapersonal worlds separately and then, together, work toward creating new mechanisms for change. Through meaning-making and re-writing the narrative, clients work with Callum to illuminate moments in their journey where lines were left un-written, music was left unsung, and trauma was left unaddressed.

Callum's years of experience both as a musician and theater artist, working in and out of the after-school and school systems, inform his overall approach to healing. One of his greatest passions in life and in his professional work is guiding LGBTQ+ youth and young adults on their journey toward acceptance. Callum believes by highlighting clients’ core strengths and by creating new pathways of healing through creative arts exploration, he may better equip them to stand confidently and firmly in their truth.

Callum is providing telehealth services only at this time.
